"Invaluable"
I can’t thank Louisa enough for organising our special holiday. From start to finish she took care of all of the details, all I had to do was let her know the country we wanted to visit, and she took care of the rest! From location, to hotel and room type. Even down to letting us know our flight had been delayed so we didn’t leave for the airport too early. As a busy working mum this kind of help really is invaluable. There is a reason we keep coming back to Louisa for help with our trips. If you are looking for someone who will really listen to what you want, and go the extra mile to find it, definitely give her a call!

We just wanted to say thank you so much for organising an incredible trip for us. Pumba was just another level. The animals we saw and the accommodation was just 1st class. We will all never forget that place. Cape Town was fantastic, loved the accommodation and had a brilliant time. Great location. "Went that extra mile"
We cannot recommend Louisa Fells from Zestful Travel Solutions highly enough. She organised our voyage on QM2, NYC to Southampton, with flights to NYC , including accommodation and car transfers. This trip was originally booked for May 2020 but due to Covid 19 this had to be cancelled until May 2022. From the time of booking our trip to our return Zestful Travel Solutions provided an outstanding service. The excellent organisation made the process seamless and stress free. The communication was excellent and given the additional travel requirements during the pandemic we were kept fully informed of travel rules. This trip was to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and Louisa went that extra mile in arranging special gifts during our hotel stay in NYC and on board the QM2. We will certainly use Zestful Travel Solutions again.

"Attention to detail"
Thank you Louisa for all of your help planning our road trip to the Algarve, Portugal! Miles and I had a fantastic time and look forward to going back with our teenage kids. Your attention to detail on selecting the various accommodation type and communication on any pre trip Covid paperwork and checkin details we needed, is much appreciated. The guesthouse in Faro and hotels in Vilamoura & Albufeira were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. We loved your extra touch with the surprise note and bottle of wine to toast our vacation. We have most certainly come home feeling relaxed and can’t wait for the next trip with Zestful Travel Solutions.

For the last four years, as soon as we start to consider our next holiday, I get in touch with Louisa, and our trip is usually booked soon after. Louisa takes all of our requirements and ‘wishes’ for our holiday into consideration and also comes up with any suggestions that we haven’t thought about, ensuring we have fabulous family breaks that tick all the boxes. Any stress we used to have when booking a holiday is taken away now as our relationship with Lou is at the point where she knows what we like and dislike and she never disappoints.
